Your actual entitlement may differ
Your final end-of-service amount depends on your employment contract, company policies, unpaid leave, deductions lawfully owed to the employer, court or ministry decisions, and changes in the law. Some rules – especially for domestic workers and government employees – are unclear or depend on the contract; we point these out on each page.
