How it’s calculated
- Find the end-of-service clause in your contract with the ministry or agency.
- Enter the days per year for the first period and later years.
- Daily wage = monthly salary ÷ 26 (change the rates if your contract uses months of 30 days).

- Non-Kuwaitis in government service are usually on contracts approved by the Civil Service Commission, and some entities apply their own internal regulations.
