- This calculator applies the common reading of the regulation: one month’s wage per four years of service, with the extra time paid pro rata once four years are completed. Some advisers read it differently, so confirm with HRSD or Musaned.
- Under four years, there is no statutory award unless the contract provides one.
- Domestic workers are not covered by the Labor Law’s Articles 84–85.
